Driver not found

I freshly installed on Windows, enables PHP, enables pdo and sqlite3 extension in PHP (working as showed via phpinfo())

I set all rights on data to open for everyone.

I try to start selfoss (http://localhost), then I see the sqlite DB file is created, but then I get the message (DEBUG level):

06-11-15 13:03:34 Debug Establish database connection
06-11-15 13:03:34 Error could not find driver

Any recommendation how to proceed?
