I disabled and enabled the mod again.

I have followed the steps as suggested in the previous thread
enabled the mod_rewrite and mod_headers module.In .htaccess RewriteBase is set to /selfoss

Still the problem persists.
If I try to run http:/<ipaddress>/selfoss/index.php gives the message "an error occurred"

My selfoss folder is in /var/www

So I can only see text in the page
