Not Found

Hi everyone, I've been following the selfoss installation instructions on my debian machine, and I've managed to fix my 500 internal sever error (Hooray!) but now it looks like my machine can't find index.php!

"The requested URL /var/www/selfoss/index.php was not found on this server."

This is especially vexing as I can clearly see /var/www/selfoss/index.php through shh. What am I doing wrong?
