Filter doesn't work anymore after update to 2.18

In order for a post to be filtered out, it requires that neither the title nor the content matches the regex. Or conversely, at least one of the values needs to match for a post to be included. While the title indeed does not match, the content does, therefore all the posts are included. Hopefully, more advanced filtering will be added soon.
