Display (at least a placeholder for) embedded video?

I've fixed my issue, and now I love my selfoss installation. If you were to view that entry in the default installation of selfoss, it'd be a screenful of word soup, without any clues as to the existence of images, or who's speaking in which paragraphs, or where the paragraphs necessarily were.
