Don't know how tech savvy you are so sorry if this is too technical but I will offer it since you probably had to install Selfoss which is technical. I would bring relevant info into excel (one per line), then create a formula that creates the required sql insert statements per line, then cut and paste into a file and import the sql statements using something like phpMyAdmin.
