Starred items import from Google Reader?

Does anyone have suggestions for bringing over a few hundred items I've marked in Google Reader with a star into my selfoss installation?

I have converted them into a static HTML page, so they aren't lost when Reader bids its final good-bye, but I would like to have them saved in selfoss along with my newly marked items now that I've made the switch!

Don't know how tech savvy you are so sorry if this is too technical but I will offer it since you probably had to install Selfoss which is technical. I would bring relevant info into excel (one per line), then create a formula that creates the required sql insert statements per line, then cut and paste into a file and import the sql statements using something like phpMyAdmin. Hope this helps.
