Can't update feeds (error 404)

When I run update.php I get this page:

Not Found

HTTP 404 (GET /rss/update.php)

which is different than my server's 404 page. I tried to enable allow public update but get the same error.

You have to use 'Update' instead of 'update.php'.

Uppercase (first letter) is required.
