Not prompting for username and password

I followed the instructions on the website and copied the defaults.ini to config.ini and put in my username and hashed password. I stopped and started selfoss and it still doesn't prompt for a username and password, it just goes into the app and you can view everything. I installed this using a package on my Synology NAS. I have also cleared browser cache and such.

/volume1/@appstore/selfoss/share/selfoss

Thats the path that both of the ini files exist in and here is the contents of my config.ini

First i tried this

username=my_username
password=generated_hash_here
salt=this_was_value_from_defaults.ini

then i tried this

Any ideas?
