Same problem here: Selfoss worked perfectly for almost 1 year, then suddenly no more news update

In my case the problem was the update process hanging on « sanitizing » for two feeds (on 200)

How i solved the problem:

- changed from error to debug in config.ini
- tail default.log and spotted unusual stops in log flow (hang more than 30s on « Debug item content sanitized »)
- unsubscribe the last feed been fetched/sanitized for each stop
- relaunch update until no hangs detected

...my fresh news are back and the auto-update works again.
