Rather than editing all.css, which will get regenerated with every update, you can create `user.css` in the root directory of your selfoss installation. We really need to add some documentation.

Here is an example of dark theme: https://github.com/SSilence/selfoss/issues/1094#issuecomment-466178382 unfortunately, the icons are still bad.

Hi,

I am trying to edit default css template. I haven't found a solution. I would like to edit some colors etc.

I would appreciate some feedback I already uncommented selfoss directory on htaccess file.
