.htaccess in /data/favicons causing 404

this cost me some time... damn.

URLs of the patter http://www.myhost.com/myoss/favicons/02d5b8f3edca089aaadecc16c218382e.png gave me 404.

so, no favicons for me. "not found"

my .htaccess rewrite is the following (and if I change it, selfoss won't render at all)
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /myoss/

After a lot of fiddling, I found that the empty .htaccess file in /data/favicons blocked access from the favicons.

I propose to remove the empty .htaccess file in favicons. Nobody cares for security's sake that the favicons are hidden or not... but not being able to use selfoss because of this bug-like behavior sucks.

otherwise, kutgw, I donated.
