Are there any other files I should do this to? Also, I still can't access index.php, whether I type in the full URL or just go to /selfoss.

I can download the config.ini file through the browser, which seems like a bad idea, but yet I get a 403 forbidden error when I try to navigate to index.php. Below is an "ls -la" of my selfoss folder.
