I love the script as it is already but really miss some features:

Button and selection (highlightable) method (with Shift or Ctrl like keys) for deleting individual messages.
Button for updating all or individual (if selected) feeds in the inteface with some kind of progress bar for the updating.
Button for saving RSS-article as html file.
Option to temporary disable subscription without deleting it.
Inline configuration editor.
Search button using "position:fixed" CSS.
Global "Mark as read" to become "Mark as unread" if all messages marked as read already.
Different update intervals for various feeds (with high frequency cronjob update calls).
