Delete old articles

Hello

I don't have time to read everything I follow. I choose the articles among what is retrieved form the net.
Now for instance I have 30000 unread articles...
Is it possible to automatically delete articles that would be, let's say 4 or 7 days old?

Thanks

From the selfoss site look for items_lifetime, you should be able to set that to whatever you want.

Hello

Thanks, I have seen that.
I changed it but it did not seem to have any effect after update.

Now I'm trying to use mysql instead of sqlite...

Same here, I've setted the option to delete articles older than 30days but I can see articles quite older and the number of articles never stops growing

Slightly different issue. Once my items delete, if they are still on the feed, they get all brought back in again. Does anyone know the logic of how the system prevents dup's?
