Selfoss in the news?

I have seen various articles about Google Reader replacements, and none seem to add up to Selfoss in both capabilities and approach (open source). So why isn't Selfoss even mentioned in these articles? With more exposure we'd have more developers working on code to enhance it. I really like version 2.8 and use it daily. In fact it's better than Google Reader in a good number of ways so I hope the community here really grows.

Yep, I love selfoss, being an ex-google-reader too. I love its speed and clean looks and the fact that I can run it on my own server (used to run good on a Raspberry Pi) so no Google spying. Great too that I can hack the code to my own liking.

Thanks to the selfoss authors!

Selfoss is extremely good. Rock solid for me and I like it on my phone too (Nexus 4 & 5).
